REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant position;
• Experience in successful project management based on selected methodologies;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies;
• Experience in IT projects with scrum framework;
• Active use of Agile approaches in daily work;
• Experience in running several projects simultaneously, ability to set priorities;
• Understanding of the resource management and interaction principles within teams;
• Understanding of T&M and fixed-price project management principles;
• Desire to develop in project management based on the SAP platform;
• English knowledge (Advanced or higher);
• Very good communication skills;
• German and/or Polish knowledge would be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working as Project Manager or scrum master on development projects;
• Planning of the project and project implementation activities;
• Leading the Scrum events and project operational meetings;
• Take part in pre-sales process for the IT projects;
• Project resource management, task distribution;
• Gathering information about project implementation, updating the project schedule, providing a customer with status updates and reports;
• Budget planning and control;
• Risk management.
