Regional Operations & Business Development Manager – UCMAS Georgia
Location: Batumi
Employment: Full-time
UCMAS Georgia is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Regional Operations & Business Development Manager to lead, manage, and grow our operations in Batumi and the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily UCMAS operations in Batumi;
Lead, coordinate, and monitor the local team;
Drive student enrollment, sales, retention, and revenue growth;
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Batumi and the region;
Build partnerships with schools, educational institutions, companies, and local organizations;
Manage potential leads and ensure consistent follow-up;
Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and partners;
Coordinate local marketing activities, events, presentations, and promotional campaigns;
Monitor payments, schedules, student numbers, and overall center performance;
Ensure UCMAS standards, procedures, and service quality are maintained;
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for Head Office.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in operations, management, sales, business development, or a similar role;
Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication skills;
Proven ability to develop client and business relationships;
Commercial and results-oriented mindset;
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage a team and multiple priorities;
Proactive approach and ability to work independently;
Fluent Georgian and good command of English;
Russian language will be considered an advantage;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Experience in the education, training, sales, or service sector will be considered an advantage.
