As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and high-quality content (reels, posts, and stories) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and execute on-site photo and video shoots at project locations
Produce and edit video content in both Georgian and English
Manage and respond to all incoming messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with leads generated through social media and digital channels
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion
Maintain accurate records of leads and submit daily activity and performance reports
Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ideas to enhance engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation (preferably in real estate or related fields)
Strong skills in video shooting and editing (mobile and/or professional tools)
Fluency in Georgian and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
